Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card aged 17. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further the education. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show saw her finish at third. Summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel likes working out her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The first step is warming up before going onto working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
